Registration Dates

Registration for Division A & B - Deadline Monday, July 1

Registration fee is $700 for league which includes game schedule, playoffs, awards, field rental, and administration. An additional $300 is an umpiring deposit. Registration deadline: Monday, July 1.

Checklist for Teams

1. HCCL Tournament WhatsApp group membership

2. HCCL Captain Email group - Send request if you are not part of the group

3. Panel Umpire website user account - https://hccl.tribandtech.com/

4. Player upload - Excel sheet - By email only

5. Review rules document

6. Share email addresses of those who need access to scoring

7. Download the CricClubs app

8. Ensure that you have a CricClubs account - http://cricclubs.com/hccl

9. Upload profile pictures for all players

Please note: All requests/reports should be sent to hcmdcricket@gmail.com and cc’d to hccladmin@googlegroups.com.

Penalties:

1. Missed umpiring: $50 penalty and -2 points (It is your responsibility to check the full schedule across all division (A,B and C).

2. Showing up late for umpiring: -1 point

3. Sign waiver for Minors and email to  azuckerman@howardcountymd.gov 

Important Notes

Teams sponsorship update When you register for fall, you need to let registration know the company is the payer. it would go in as the company paying and the team manager as the authorized agent to pay on behalf. Make checks payable to Howard County Director of Finance. You should plan to go the HCRP and drop of the check and the registration form.

If the sponsor is willing to make only partial payment not the full fee then parks n recs team can help with the split payment. sponsor can call this number (ph no 410.313.7275) to make partial payment and then the rest can be paid by the team or other sponsor.
