🚨 URGENT RULES & GUIDELINES

1. 1. 🔴❗ PLEASE DO NOT SEND PERSONAL MESSAGES VIA TEXT OR WHATSAPP. WE WILL NOT REPLY. ❗🔴

   2. Report any issues by email on the same day at hcmdcricket@gmail.com

   3. If you think a player is not on the roster, you must raise the issue during the game. Please refer to the rulebook. Here is the link: https://cricclubs.com/hccl/document.doc?documentId=44&clubId=894. This issue cannot be resolved after the game.

   4. Report missing umpiring or late umpiring by email at hcmdcricket@gmail.com.

📌 ROSTER & TEAM MANAGEMENT

5. Please send your roster changes by email in Excel format with three columns: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

6. Players who are already in CricClubs/HCCL can be added by the team captain or manager.

7. If a player is part of another team, reach out to that team’s captain to have them released.

8. Roster due date: 04/04/2025, regardless of whether you have a game that weekend or not. This applies to A/B division only.

🏏 FACILITIES & FIELD USAGE

9. SMP ground work is in progress and is expected to be completed this week. The ground should not be used until the end of March.

10. If you find the stumps broken or in need of repair, please take a picture and send it by email to hcmdcricket@gmail.com

11. Please remove trash and help keep our ground clean.

12. 🚭 Do not smoke on school grounds. Smoking is prohibited by law at Howard County Schools and on our SMP ground.

13. Please use the porta potty at MHMS or the bathrooms at SMP/LEMS.

👨‍⚖️ UMPIRE PANEL & PAYMENTS

14. If you are considering using the HCCL Panel Umpire, you can pre-pay for all games to get priority. $70 per game. https://hccl.tribandtech.com/

15. If you are not taking the panel for the full season, panel payment should be sent as soon as it is requested and must be completed before the end of the week. Reconciliation is a pain!

18. If you have teammates interested in joining the Panel Umpire, please send us an email. Please encourage your teammates to join the panel. Panel umpires receive $60 per game and will be paid weekly via Zelle.

💰 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

19. No adjustments toward deposit refunds.

📜 WAIVER REQUIREMENT

21. Make sure to sign the waiver using this link: HCRP Waiver. Failure to sign will result in not being allowed to play. This is an HCRP requirement.
